We are into aggregator mode of services in the field of accounting / compliance / finance / advisory services. The aim of such mode of activities to address the scarcity/ problem of skilled man power with the retention concept by improving the quality of Human Assets in the field as described above. This mode of services will be available in Established Peer (EP) to Executive Associate Peer (EAP) mode, where at one stage the situation arises with EP, how to retain the man power which has been trained by incurring the investment cost of time as well money. To come out with the situation, we are providing the solution with the concept of utilizing the unused man hours capacity of persons of the same field to enroll them as EAP. Where EAP are eligible to deliver much more capacity but due to non availability of employment (work) opportunity surrounding them, on the other hand the EP is having the full swing of work but not able to execute due to man power problem. Here our company is on a mission to resolve the same by engaging Executive Associates Peer (EAP who are having idle man hours) to execute the work. This Innovative concept is developing or improving the skill and quality of process and services and also creating the employment.
