We have built an automatic onion peeling machine which would peel a kg of onion at Rs.1 as against manual peeling cost of Rs.8 per kg 2. We have developed a tech which can convert the onion peels into nano particles at scale 3. The nanoparticles derived are then converted into industrial catalysts where precious metal usage will reduce by ~80%
