Shimmmi is a brand owned by Ecnalab Food Ventures LLP Broad Brief Building an alternative functional beverages challenger brand (D2C ecommerce-native, digital-first) in India. We believe that future of food is functional and are determined to ride the growing alternative tides by filling the white space that remains under penetrated in India with low awareness / accessibility levels. In a nutshell, the idea is to become category leader in alternative functional beverages space that primarily involve good old natural fermentation / preservation / sun-drying / aging / pickling and similar authentic gourmet processes in order to accelerate the sustainable, healthy, organic, real good food (not just limited to probiotic / prebiotics) revolution especially for the new age consumers in most honest and transparent ways. Brand/Product Details Based out of Delhi NCR, Shimmmi is a challenger functional beverages brand (brand owned by Ecnalab Food Ventures LLP) starting its journey by reviving one of the world's oldest functional beverage called Kombucha (a.k.a. booch), a sparkling fermented tea! We are now live with our D2C e-commerce website (https://www.shimmmi.com) for pan India deliveries along with actively seeking brand collaborations, offline events/popups, offline avenues such as HoReCa, Cloud Kitchens etc. Broadly, we have adopted the following model/route: D2C e-commerce native with omni-channel distribution strategy. To kick off execution, we plan to adopt slow but sustainable growth by focusing on one product category (limited SKUs) at launch time i.e kombucha. Shimmmi kombucha is all about better bubbles for body, mind and spirit. All our brews are super super low sugar (less than 1g per 100ml), low calorie, guilt free, and naturally carbonated that are meant to make your tastebuds go shimmmmmi with a rich, mouthful, complex-yet-subtle, sweet-sour taste profile like no other (credits: our deep curated shimmmix of botanicals and absurd obsession to make sure no artificial anything, no BS, no matter what!)
