PROBLEM The social problem we are trying to address is Purposelessness, Unfulfilled Lives, and Unemployment. It looks like millennial and middle-aged both are searching answers to the questions such as: Why Am I Here? What Is My Purpose In Life? What Am I Supposed To Do With My Life? Did I Really Matter? Did I Live? Did I Love? Do a simple search for “life purpose” on google and it will yield over 1 billion hits. That’s right over 1 billion. That is pretty strong indicator that there’s an intense longing to know one’s life purpose. Lack of clarity about calling, mission, values, desires, and life messages can lead to stress, frustration, attrition, even untimely death. On the other hand, every month between 2011 and 2030, nearly 1 million Indians will turn 18 every single month according to the world-renowned magazine The Economist in an article on March 19, 2016 in association with Harvard Business Review. This could be what economists call a “demographic dividend”, creating a high worker-to-dependent ratio—or it could be a population time bomb. India is producing nowhere near enough jobs for the tens of millions of young people joining the workforce every year. This message translates into that every month 1 Million Indian youth need trainings to become an entrepreneur. Job market will explode as Time Bomb. Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship is the only way to help people like this. Because Innovation and Incubation have got the power to create not only Entrepreneurs but also jobs. We are certain that we are one of those millions who has suffered intensely from poor job-fit, unrealized potential, and years lost in frustration because of fear to admit our unhappiness, and to change course. We would be more fulfilled, happier, productive, engaged, attentive and look back on our life and careers with pride instead of regrets if we discover and achieve what on earth we were put for.
