We introduce ourselves as DIHA Architects & Constructions. We are in this construction field since 2016 and completed more than 14 projects till now. And know the construction ups and downs very well We always try to give the Best and beautiful outputs form our side to the client. We respect customer thoughts Perspectives and dreams and we are there to fulfill the customer Dreams. Constructions Is not only to build the house its passion to” Get From empty place to Beautiful House” Let me coming to the part of Technical and work progress How we actually take the project and execute: We initially do a conversation with the customer and take the Requirements from them And visit the site to get an actual vision of the site and to understand what best can be done after that we do a floor plan according to the customer requirements once the floor flan ready we move to the Legal agreement between the customer and DIHA Architects& constructions once it is over we will start work on Column Layout and structure once the structure completed will give Great Elevation after completion of Elevation we will submit the project completion date with Schedule after that Will start Execution of the work and as per the time limit, we will hand over the Dreamhouse to the customer with Heart full wishes. Now the question about the cost of the constructions. Constructions cost completely depends on the design and specifications of the building. On the Basis of the specification and designs, we will give the quotation Example: the simple and brief example given below but the Quotation will be given on the Dimension of the building and the Requirement of the customer
