Conch Renewable Energy Private Limited (CREPL) is a company incorporated by the Parmar Group, Vagheshwari Group, and Ladwa Group of Companies. The company aims to manufacture wind turbine towers and is proposed to be financed by Promoters Equity Share Capital, Unsecured Loan and Term Loan, and Cash Credit facility for working capital from Banks/Financial Institute. The promoters have more than three decades of business experience. They are well-known and successful businessmen in their respective areas of business and management. They aim to provide the most qualitative products at a reasonable price and within a minimum period while safeguarding the environment for future generations. CREPL has connectivity to three major states and a well-connected road, rail, air, and seaport in Karnataka, making it an ideal location for the wind turbine tower manufacturing industry.
