Retailer repayment behavior is purely downstream-driven due to the absence of structured enforcement or visibility. As a result, distributors face delayed payments, cash flow instability, and operational risks. Existing tools focus only on record-keeping, not control, leaving a critical gap in ensuring accountability, verification, and real-time oversight in day-to-day distribution operations.
