THE ACTIVITIES OF LAND DEVELOPMENT WILL INCLUDE PRESERVING OPEN SPACES, NATURAL HABITATS, AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREAS. WHICH CAN INVOLVE DEDICATING LAND FOR PARKS, GREENWAYS, OR CONSERVATION AREAS. THIS IS THE WAY WE ARE LOOKING ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, PROVIDE RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT. DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS THAT CATER TO SPECIFIC INDUSTRIES OR SECTORS. PARKS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A CONCENTRATED AND COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE BUSINESSES CAN COEXIST.
