CandyVille is a confectionery manufacturing start up primarily dealing with Organic natural candies and chikkis made using agricultural products like Jaggery, palm sugar, Coconut, and Peanuts locally sourced from native farmers & traders. We also deal with Lollipops, hard boiled candies and menthol drops candies to keep our product line up comprehensive and interesting for all buyer groups. We are native to Aruppukottai town in Virudhuagar district of Tamilnadu and our labour is supported by women and men from the local neighborhood. CandyVille as a startup has a lineage tracing towards our ancestors who had learnt the techniques for developing traditional sweets & beverages like Kamarkattu, Kadalai Mittai (peanut burfi), coconut burfi, Jigathanda, Nannari Sarbath, Soan papdi etc., and took this up for their livelihood as families in rural Aruppukottai. Traditional & native candies are losing relevance to modern day confections and advanced packaging/branding and marketing techniques used by both global and domestic players. CandyVille as a start up is an attempt to manufacture, brand and market the traditional confections at the same gold standard quality and at the same time building their relevance among the modern day buyers whose buying habits have been evolving continuously. We are also venturing into other confectionery products that are becoming daily consumables like Peanut Butter and Protein bars to keep the brand relevant and profitable. We are continuously innovating 1. To serve natural confections based on agricultural products sourced from local farmers & communities 2. To pass on the goodness of natural & traditional confections for generations to come 3. To move towards sustainable low waste packaging - like avoiding single use plastic/pvc wrappers for every candy that we make all in a profitable and scalable manner for us as a business.
