The Bvistic Minerals Private Limited has studied since one year about import substitution with innovation. Hydraulic operated High Diaphragm Pump: The Bvistic has designed and innovated, this pump has transfer abrasion and thick/viscous slurry 15 m3/hours to 270 m3/hours with pressure 50 bar to 150 bar. Long pipeline transfer. 3. Mine Dewatering, De-sludging and back Filling: 4. Hydraulic ore hoisting in mining pumping of ore (iron, nickel, Bauxite, oils and minerals and copper, etc.). 5. Ash Disposal in thermal power station. 6. Autoclave feed ore to autoclave with maximized linear flow without deviation. 7. Spray Dryer: the slurry feed with high pressure through nozzle into dryer, 8. Digester feed: In manufacturing of alumina process, caustic bauxite slurry has been pumped with high pressure into autoclave. 9. Digester feed in metallurgical industries. Advantages – Ecological considerations: No Dust, No noise, Invisible, No smell. Mechanical and operational Consideration:  High availability of pump, i.e. 98%, suitable for continuous operation.  Low stroke rates allow bigger valve sizes, lower slurry velocity in the valves, low wear.  Very high efficiencies (up to 96%) due to roller bearing and specially designed (low friction) cross slide.  Variable operation range (10% - 100%).  Easy to maintain and lower spares requirement.  Reduced load on diaphragms, using light weight components and special control system. Reliable:  Longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR).  Multi safe molded diaphragms, even one diaphragm failed, second one under operation till shutdown plan.
