BIHOONS INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED 1. To carry on the business as builders, property developers, Engineering Contractors, Civil, mechanical and labour contractors, building and erection engineers, consultants, dealers in, importers, exporters and manufactures of prefabricated and precast houses, materials, tools, implements, machinery and metalware in connection therewith or incidental thereto and also to alter, demolish, removal or carry out repairs on such favourable terms and deemed fit and to carry on the business of designers, Real Estate owners, layout promoters and also act as real estate brokers, realtors and agents and other service providers and to carry on any other business that is customarily, usually and conveniently carried on therewithin or outside India and to purchase, acquire, take on lease or in exchange or in any other lawful manner any area, land, buildings, structures and to turn the same into account, 3 (a) The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are: Page 2 of 5 develop the same, dispose off or maintain the same and give away for rentals 2. To carry on the business of contractors, sub-contractors, quasi contractors and to undertake contracts and subcontracts relating to construction, modification, repairing, alteration, construction, removal, redecoration, redesigning, enlarging, improving and designing of civil work, building for whatever use, roads, approach roads, streets, circles, squares, parks, gardens, statues, parking places, bridges, dams, watercourses and reservoirs, tunnels, earthworks, sewers, tanks, drains, sewage, lighthouses, towers, transmission towers, pipelines, underground cables, railway tracks, railway sidings, runways shipyards, stockyards, culverts, channels whether on a turnkey basis or on labour contracts or otherwise. 3. To carry on the business of establishing and/or promoting support services whether information technology-enabled or otherwise including but not limited to placement services, enterprise content and data services, web services, transports, Back office operations, manpower supply, maintenance of information systems and act as consultants for the aforementioned services and businesses. 1. To purchase and otherwise acquire, own, import, all materials, substances, appliances, machines, containers and such other articles and apparatus and things capable of being used in any of the main business and to own, otherwise acquire and use facilities of whatever kind as may be convenient or useful conducive to the effective working of the (b) *Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified in clause 3(a) are Page 3 of 5 main business of the Company. 2. To buy, repair, alter, improve, exchange, import, works, plants, machinery, tools, utensils, appliances, apparatus products, materials, substances, articles and things capable of being used in the main business of this company. 4. To purchase, take on tenancy or in exchange, take options over or otherwise acquire any estate or interests, whatsoever and to hold, develop work, concessions, grants, decrees, licences, privileges, claims, options, property, real or personal or rights or powers of any kinds which may appear to be necessary for the main business of the Company. 5. To pay for preliminary and pre-incorporation expenses of the Company. 6. To exchange, mortgage, royalty or tribute, grants licences, easements, options and such other rights over and dispose of the whole or any part of the undertaking, property, assets, rights and effects of the Company for consideration as may be thought fit and in particular for stocks, shares debentures whether fully or partly paid-up or securities of any other such company having main objects whole or in part similar to those of the Company. 7. To pay for any rights or property acquired by the Company and or remunerate any person, firm or body corporate rendering services to the Company either by cash payment or by allotment to him or them of shares or securities of the Company as paid up in full. 8. To advance money, either with or without security and give credit to such persons (including Government) and Page 4 of 5 upon such terms and conditions as the Company may deem fit, provided that the Company shall not carry on banking business within the meaning of Banking Regulations, Act, 1949. 9. To undertake financial and commercial obligations, transactions and operations of all kinds including investments in mutual funds. 10.
