The company has intention to make innovative websites and software for e-commerce and m-commerce based business enhancement for the national and international markets. It will enlarge the scope of the e-commerce and m-commerce business of the country. The software company will give the employment to the citizens especially for the technocrats. The company will follow the e-commerce and m-commerce based business models for the business transactions. Furthermore, the company wants to use encryption algorithms for establishing securities for websites and its related software modules.1. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT : To carry on the business of Software designing, development, customisation, implementation, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing and dealing in computer software and solutions, and to import, export, sell, purchase, distribute, or otherwise deal in own and third party computer software packages, programs and solutions, and to provide internet / web based applications, services and solutions.2. TEACHING : To carry on the business to own, establish, acquire, run, operate, manage, maintain, develop, promote, administer, advertise, either on its own or through franchisee fully equipped schools, colleges, educational institutes, universities including deemed or autonomous universities, to promote and disseminate knowledge, create awareness and provide a common forum of interaction amongst academicians, professionals and government agencies, establish effective co-ordination3. HARDWARE,SOFTWARE,NETWORKING SELLING : To carry on the business of dealing and maintenance of computer hardware, computer systems and assemble data processors, program designs and to buy, sell or otherwise deal in such hardware and software packages and all types of tabulating machine, accounting machines, calculators, computerized telecommunication systems and network, their components, spare parts, equipments and devices. 4. COMPUTER BASED SERVICE PROVIDER : To carry on in India and/or elsewhere the business of manufacturing, designing, marketing, servicing, processing, consulting, reprocess, repair, alter, assemble, purchase, sale, resale, export, import, transfer, exchange or otherwise deal in all types of Electrical and Electronic devices, computers/parts & accessories / other related products.5. STOCK AND SHARE PURCHASE AND SELLING : To acquire, hold, sell, buy or otherwise deal in any shares, units, stocks, debentures, debenture-stock, bonds, mortgages, obligations and other securities by original subscription, tender, purchase, charge gift or otherwise and to subscribe for the same, either conditionally or otherwise, and to underwrite, sub-underwrite or guarantee the subscription thereof to purchase and sell above mentioned
