My business idea revolves around the very well known and scientific technique of hydroponics. What is hydroponics? - Hydroponics is a technique in which plants are grown in a well balanced nutrient solution. This technique do not requires soil.!! Yes that's the beauty of hydroponics, plants can be grown at any place whether it's indoors or outdoors in any season all they need is a well balanced nutrient solution.But if plants are grown in indoors they do require artificial lights to replace sunlight and also exhausts to circulate air. Why hydroponics? - As the world's population is growing human kind is occupying every bit of land they could get. We need land to build homes, offices, industries, shopping malls and what not. The environment is also getting polluted as towards the way to development we leave behind Carbon footprint. Here comes the technique of hydroponics to our rescue. Hydroponics can be performed in a very limited space and even indoors. We can make multi storey buildings and in each floor we can set up a production unit. As this technique do not involves soil it completely removes the risk of plant being damaged by soil borne pests. Also many industries pour their waste products directly into rivers which some how damages the soil which in turn damages the crops. Using hydroponics also doesn't requires any fertilizer which is another advantage for crop and also to health of nature. The benefits of Hydroponics are immense. I am keeping it short for now.
