The details of its Subsidiary Company are as follows Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited India Subsidiary Company was incorporated in India on March 15, 1996, is registered with the Reserve Bank of India ("the RBI") as a Non-Banking Financial Company ("NBFC") vide certificate no. B.01.00379 dated June 27, 2001, which was subsequently amended vide certificate no. B-13.02211 dated December 22, 2017. It is a non-deposit taking non-systemically important Non-Banking Financial Company ("NBFC-ND-NSI’"). It is engaged in the business of providing application based short term unsecured loans. Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited was an associate from September 16, 2017 up to February 15, 2018 and post that date, it became a wholly owned subsidiary. What is CASHe CASHe is an App-Based lending Company using patented alternate credit scoring algorithm to lend to salaried millennials. Our algorithms are 100% machine based with no human bias which capture information from digital footprint and provides us confidence score for lending decision. The IP of the algorithms are patented in Singapore and the Company has an irrevocable, perpetual right and license to use the technology in India. CASHe uses modern technology combined with intelligent big data analytics, predictive algorithms to map young professionals across the country based on their mobile, digital footprint and their social behavior patterns to rate their credit worthiness.
