Industrial IoT device, which will collect Industrial sensors data, process the data and send data to the cloud server for user access over the internet. In the proposed solution, there will be two stages. In stage 1 sensor data is read through a sensor interface unit which can take data from temperature, pressure, flow, and level etc., sensors. Sensor interface unit converter sensor data to a digital format which is suitable to run for a few kilometers with an industrial standard protocol. In stage 2, the output of the sensor unit will be connected to an industrial IoT gateway. Gateway is the device which will collect all sensor data from sensors interface unit in an industrial standard format and process the data and converts for internet protocols with security standards and connect to the internet and send the data to the cloud server. Features User dashboard and user menu applications will run on the cloud server. By clicking the URL user will get dashboard and user menus. There will be local display through Bluetooth, so the user can read the data in mobile or tablet through Blue tooth within 100meters range. Bluetooth display will give continuity to the user when the internet fails and also flexibility user to read data without reaching very close to machines. Sensors data which is sending to the cloud Server will also be saved on the IoT gateway of microSD card for redundancy purpose. The uniqueness of Proposed Solution 1. Sensors data live stream over the internet and Intranet 2. User menu to set safety levels and Audio alerts when user safety levels exceed 3. Mobile, email and twitter alerts. 4. Bluetooth base local display for which will give flexibility to the user in a harsh environment. 5. Data redundancy storage in Gateway. Expected Impact of Proposed Solution 1. It improves inefficiencies by having instant data to all skate holders 2. Can be anticipated the chances of failure and shutdown of the machine with a history of the database. 3. Continuous Visibility of machine operation 4. Helps to react instantly for abnormal conditions
