Company Profile ARSHEE ENGINEERING AND INNOVATIONS Private Limited As a company we have been dedicated in the designing, manufacturing and calibrating of instrumented wheel sets for railways & public Transportation). Our instrumented Wheel sets Designed and Calibrated are individually designed for arbitrary wheel geometries and are reliable with high accuracy and bandwidth. All Data gathered can be viewed by state of the art and easy to use online software. IMW manufactured by ARSHEE ENGINEERING AND INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. fulfil the requirements according to International standard (EN14363/UIC518). We also offer totally automatic monitoring systems for wheel sets in constant operation using modern, proficient measuring methods and documentation in a database. The system monitors strict tolerances and operating limits that are required for increasing speeds and improved safety, travelling comfort and operational dependability. The production program also includes an automatic diagnostic system for measuring the wheel set condition in an override mode. The modular system design allows economic adjustment to the measurement requirements of the customer. The capacity to perfectly and consistently monitor an asset's health and to be able to decide its future condition and remaining operating life is the key to optimizing wheel set maintenance across rolling stock depots. Our customers are supported by technical sales and service offices in India and Europe. We look forward to expand our services in the South East Asian countries where rail transportation is important. Products and services Instrumented Wheel set Our Instrumented Wheel set is capable of measuring the contact forces between wheels and rails. It is based on extensor metric gauge instrumentation and allows contact forces to be obtained through the direct measurement of stresses experienced by the wheel and un-influenced by the wheel / rail contact point position.
