1thing Design provides a platform for hiring of and collaboration with talent. Our pool of vetted designers make up our community. Consumers send us the requirements of their project and we match them with the right designers. Presently, we are working on building a platform called WorkSpace that lets consumers interact with their design and track work on their project in real time, broken down according to tasks. Similarly, designers can view when the client has signed off on their deliverables. This makes for a seamless collaboration effort and cuts down hiring time for consumers. The platform itself is run by human-assisted AI. However, the AI is still in beta phase and requires some work. We are looking to launch the basic platform - with chat functionality, real time work tracking, hours spent, deliverables integration and invoicing - by end of June 2018.
